Sant Elia Balsamico di Modena is a balsamic made in Modena, Italy by the traditional process under the strict guidelines of the Consorzio Tutela Aceto Balsamico di Modena. Our balsamic is made from cooked Lambrusco grape ‘must’ and aged in barrels made of different woods. It has no additives such as vinegar or caramel which can often be found in supermarket balsamics. The ageing process intensify the flavours and create a product of sublime taste.
