Pricing
Our prices do not include any applicable sales taxes or import duties, these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Orders will only be accepted and fulfilled if the shipping address is correct, ie the destination country has been correctly selected so that the the appropriate shipping charges are assigned to the order.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal transactions, any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Delivery
We will send a confirmation email immediately an order is placed and the item will be despatched within 2-3 working days.
We currently offering UK delivery. For deliveries elsewhere, please email us at info@cassantelia.com.
Delivery within the UK will be by Royal Mail Tracked delivery. The current delivery charge is £4.00 but is free for orders over £30.00.
Returns
Sant Elia Extra Virgin Oil and and Sant Elia Balsamics are foodstuffs and cannot be returned. Non foods can be returned within 14 days of purchase with prior agreement. Please contact info@casasantelia.com
