At Casa Sant’ Elia, nestled in the rolling hills surrounding Filottrano, in the undiscovered Marche region of Italy, the Avis family produce exceptional single estate extra virgin olive oil, and fine wines, both farmed on organic principles, together with a deep respect for the land and its traditions. Within its 24 acres sits a small vineyard and some 500 olive trees. The olive trees and vines are harvested by hand, with the olives being pressed in the local village using time-honoured methods to produce extra virgin olive oils, of exceptional quality.
