At Casa Sant Elia we endeavour to produce the finest Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Wines using organic and environmentally friendly processes.

Casa Sant’ Elia Extra Virgin Olive Oil is smooth with a hint of pepper and the aroma of freshly mown grass.
Our Olive Oil is produced solely from olives grown on the Casa Sant Elia Estate. The olives are pressed in a batch process by mechanical means only; no heat or chemical methods are used.
